Back in the day, an ice cream factory was located on the site that Places now occupies, so we naturally jumped at the opportunity to bring the heritage of the building to life through subtle design elements in the interiors of the space. How much is it to rent?
Can I bring my pet?
While we all love our furry friends, the sad truth is that cats and carpets don’t mix.
Unfortunately, no pets allowed at Places.
Are there additional charges for use of the amenities?
Not at all. Enjoy all the amenities in your building free of charge. You will just need to book out the space if you’re looking to use it privately.
Can I bring my own furntiture?
You won’t be able to bring any large furniture into your new home as it is already fully furnished, you can however bring your own personal pieces of decor to make the space yours.
